First login

When setup is complete, BioTrack opens with a sign-in screen. You will use the username and password created for your account during setup.

The sign-in screen is simple:

  • a username field
  • a password field
  • a sign-in button

If the credentials are valid, BioTrack opens the main workspace. If they are not, the app shows an error and asks you to try again.

Once you enter the app:

  1. Confirm that the Dashboard opens.
  2. Look for the connection status in the layout.
  3. Check whether today’s numbers look reasonable.
  4. Open Employees and confirm that staff records are present.

Use this checklist:

  • confirm you are using the correct username
  • try your password again carefully
  • ask your internal administrator whether your account was created successfully
  • if the issue continues, use the technical team’s troubleshooting path in Diagnostics and logs

BioTrack uses local authentication, so sign-in problems usually point to an account or password issue rather than a browser problem.
