BioTrack documentation

BioTrack is a biometric attendance system that helps HR teams monitor attendance, review employee activity, and export reports without relying on per-user licensing or cloud-only access.

Start with these guides

• If you are new to BioTrack, begin with Getting Started.
• If you need to confirm who was present today, go to Check attendance.
• If you need to update your staff list, open Sync employees.
• If you need monthly reporting, use Run monthly reports.
• If something looks wrong, check Common questions.

How this site is organized

The documentation is split into two layers:

• HR-first guides for daily use, reporting, and employee management.
• Technical Reference for setup, diagnostics, logs, and recovery tasks.

If you only work with attendance and reporting, you can stay in the HR sections and ignore the deeper technical material.
